Scope
This policy applies to paid programming consulting, scoped engagements, and technical advisory sessions purchased from Signal Drift Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 201901175880).
Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel in writing at least five business days before the scheduled start date and we have not begun billable work, fees paid for that scheduled block may be refunded in full minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
Refunds after confirmation
Proposed, pending business confirmation: Service fees are refundable within seven calendar days of written booking confirmation if no substantive consulting work has started. Once documented discovery, pairing, or deliverable drafting has begun, fees become non-refundable for that milestone.
Deposits and milestones
Deposits securing calendar time are non-refundable once preparation (agenda drafting, environment access, or scheduling of paired hours) has started. Milestone invoices follow the acceptance criteria in your statement of work.
Rescheduling
One reschedule per engagement is permitted with at least forty-eight hours’ notice, subject to consultant availability. Repeated reschedules may incur a rebooking fee stated in your proposal.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled session without notice, reserved hours may be charged in full.
How to request a refund
Email info@signal-drift.digital or call +60-3-0000-2104 with your invoice number, booking date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
