Services
We provide paid programming consulting, scoped project engagements, and technical advisory sessions focused on event-driven application programming. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written statement of work or proposal accepted by both parties.
Prices and payment
Prices quoted on this website are starting amounts in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Fees exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly included. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within fourteen days unless the proposal states otherwise. Late payment may pause work until accounts are settled.
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to repositories, environments, stakeholders, and decisions needed for the engagement. Delays caused by missing access may shift schedules without reducing fees for time already reserved.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you own code and documents produced specifically for your engagement once fees for that work are paid. We retain the right to reuse general know-how and non-confidential techniques.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information shared during the engagement and use it only to perform the services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to your statutory consumer remedies.
